Refunds and Returns
Please contact support@lexcopy.co.uk before returning any item. Client care will confirm the current return eligibility, instructions and return address for the order. Do not send a watch to the referenced manufacturer or to an address not supplied by Lexcopy.
Return condition
Unless an item is faulty or mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, a return must be authorised and the timepiece must remain unworn and unaltered, with protective films, tags, accessories, presentation materials and packaging intact. Signs of wear, damage, alteration or missing components can affect eligibility or the refundable amount.
Customised and personalised pieces
Made-to-order, engraved, resized, customised or otherwise personalised pieces may not be returnable for a change of mind. This does not remove rights that apply when an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders
Contact client care promptly after delivery and retain all packaging. Include the order number and clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed and the appropriate remedy confirmed.
Refunds
Authorised returns are inspected after receipt. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method unless another method is required by law. Bank or payment-provider processing times are outside Lexcopy’s control.
Return delivery
Responsibility for return delivery costs is confirmed during authorisation. Use a tracked and appropriately insured service, and retain proof of sending. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
